How do I pay?

Once you have made a booking for a training session you will be emailed a client information sheet. This sheet includes all the information needed for you to be able to make payment.

Is there anything I need to do prior to the training session?

Prior to your training session please make sure you read through the client information sheet, sent through to your email upon booking. Please make sure you do not feed your dog prior to the training session (we want to make sure that they are hungry and driven for food!)

What equipment do I need?

Please make sure you have access to a flat collar and lead. It will also be important that you have some food/rewards available for the training session. We also ask that you provide some of your dog’s favourite toys.

Do we guarantee results in a certain period of time?

It would be unethical for us to provide a timeline for successful results for our clients. Every client we have is unique and will therefore have different rates of progress and measures of success. It is also vital that you continue to use and incorporate the techniques into consistent training routines outside of the training sessions booked with us. Without consistent application of our training techniques in your own time, it may not lead to long term success of behavioural changes.
